Fuel Tank Maintenance

With yet another snowy Sunday at the Northern hanger, it was a day to work in the shop. Today's mission was to refresh the fuel lines and tank in Mr Noah's Hyperlite Slick.

Each season we replace all of the Tygon fuel tubing. This is good practice to do either at the end of each season or the beginning. The Tygon tubing is great, however it can get hard and it's good to just keep up on your fuel system.

This season we are also updating to the Fibertech tanks. Fibertech has stepped up and is now offering these tanks that are ready to go. These have been in high demand lately as they have been hard to find. We are doing things a little different by offering these with true Viton pickup line, brass tube inserted, and sealed caps.

Now the next step is setting up the new radio system. We will have this in the next blog post from the Northern hanger. We are in a winter storm advisory for the next few days so stay tuned.
