I traveled back to Iowa last Sunday the sixth through the 11th to help my old boss close out his books for the year.  I came home last Friday just before the storm hit.  We were lucky and did not get more than an inch or two of snow.

Monday the 14th we had a visitor. This Bald Eagle had come to check out our landing strip. We didn't want to disturb him so we stayed as far back as we could. 

Here at Prairie Field we had our first shipment go out Tuesday.  We would like to thank you all for your patience  with this move.  It is still a work in progress, but we are moving in the right direction.  I have temporarily set up the office in my craft room in the house. Once we get the Fibertech 'N More equipment set up the way we want, the office is next on the honey-do-list.     

Thursday morning the fog rolled in here at Prairie Field.  No flying today for sure.

Today is Friday the 18th. Yep it's my Birthday. I'm 56 years old today. Most people would rather not think of their Birthdays at my age.  My Birthday always makes me think of my Dad. They had a boys name picked out for me before I was born. When asked what to name the baby if it is a girl....well Brenda Lee was singing on the radio and that is how I got my name. My Dad use to say it's a privilege denied by many. He is no longer with us as he passed away in 2014.  So I will eat cake and ice cream and take in the day. You all have a great weekend!
